Traffic signage is an important aspect of any traffic control
system. A dependable and sturdy pole is required to support these
traffic signs.
At Futao Metal, we produce various types of traffic signal poles
including octagonal, cylindrical, and conical shaped poles.
Going one step further, our poles can be designed to have multiple
mounting arms if required.
All traffic and signal poles shall consist of a single vertical
pole, connecting flanges, mounting arms, and anchor bolts.
Straight or seamless steel pipes shall be used for the vertical
pole and mounting arms.
The connection ends of the main pole and the mounting arm shall
adopt the same material used by the mounting arms and will be
protected by stiffeners.
The vertical pole and its base plate will be connected by a flange
and anchor bolts.
Horizontal mounting arms are connected to the main vertical pole
using a flange and further reinforced using stiffeners.

Testing
Packaging & Shipping
We pack the top and bottom parts of the pole with a mat or straw
bale in order to protect it from damage to the galvanized surface
that may occur during transportation.
Packaging can also be done according to clients’ requirements.
We can ship the poles by sea or air or express or trains and we
have our regular shipping agent.

Trade terms:
1. Price Term: EXW,FOB,CFR,CIF,FCA or others.
The price includes pole shaft, base plate, cross arm and anchor
part.
2. Payment: 30%T/T in advance,70%T/T or L/C at sight before
shipment. Other payment way can be negotiated.
3. Package: Plastic woven bag or old blanket or according to
clients requirement.
4. Delivery time: within 30-60 workdays after receiving deposit.
